Syntellect Receives Product Documentation Awards from the Society for Technical Communications

Merit Awards: Survey Manager Implementation Guide - Apropos Version 6, Release 6.6.0, ShoreTel TAPI/WAV Integration Guide - Apropos Version 6, Release 6.6.0, Microsoft SQL Server Database Administration Reference - Apropos Version 6, Release 6.6.0

The documentation was judged on the following criteria: Content and Organization, Copy Editing, Visual Design and Overall.
