Enghouse Systems Limited announced its acquisition of Pulse Voice Inc. Pulse is a leading provider of communication solutions in the North American enterprise market:
- Its Contact Center Division has provided innovative solutions to over 200 customers including Fortune 500 companies and various governments. It also provides a software as a service (SaaS) capability to its customers.
- Its Networks Division provides cost control and intelligent network solutions to over 15 carriers and service providers worldwide.

RBS Serving their Customers

The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) needed a strong and flexible self-service platform to provide more efficient banking services to their large customer base. RBS also wanted to add features and port capacity that were not available on their previous system.
