Enghouse and Subsidiary Syntellect Acquire Pulse
Markham, Ontario, Phoenix, Arizona and Westborough, Massachusetts –
(November 2, 2009) – Enghouse
Systems Limited (TSX: ESL), today announced its acquisition of Pulse Voice
Inc. Pulse’s annual revenues are approximately $5.0 million.
Pulse is a leading provider of communication solutions in the North American
enterprise market:
- Its Contact Center Division has provided innovative solutions to over
200 customers including Fortune 500 companies and various governments. It
also provides a software as a service (SaaS) capability to its customers.
- Its Networks Division provides cost control and intelligent network
solutions to over 15 carriers and service providers worldwide.
