Introduction: What is Support Center 
Support Center is a utility program from Syntellect used to apply software updates (Partial Release Cycles, or PRCs) to Syntellect CIM. This tool will make the application of PRCs easier and more reliable. Support Center will eliminate the manual process of applying patches and provide a new level of assurance that the updates have been applied properly.
Specifications: System requirements for using Support Center version 1.0
Support Center requires that the existing installation of CIM be at version 6.6.0 PRC01 or greater. Support Center also requires that the CIM servers have direct internet access for file downloads. As an alternative these files can be downloaded manually from a different internet-enabled computer and manually copied to each CIM server. Installation of Java version 6 or higher is also required on each server.
