The solution includes a software-based Fax Server (or works with your existing Fax Server) to receive multiple inbound faxes simultaneously and intelligently route them to appropriately skilled agents based on your business rules.
Outbound faxes may be sent from any application on the desktop, or may even be sent automatically from the Apropos IVR in response to frequently asked questions.
