Performance Modules from Syntellect are applications which integrate with Apropos CIM to provide additional tools for agents and supervisors to enhance the customer experience and improve efficiencies in the contact center.
These applications have been integrated with Apropos in order to combine their and information with the knowledge of customer & agent interactions that Apropos manages today. The result is deeper fact-based insight into customer interactions, agent activity, call center performance, and opportunities for improvement.
Over time Syntellect will continue to add additional Performance Modules in a continuing effort to provide contact centers with tools to provide the best customer experience possible.
